Xuzhou Zm-Besta Heavy Steel Structure Co., Ltd. has completed the steel structure engineering for Indonesia Su Steel Group’s ferroalloy furnace project, marking another successful overseas delivery of high-performance industrial steel solutions. The ferroalloy furnace project, located in Indonesia, features multi-story industrial steel structures designed to withstand high temperatures, heavy loads, and harsh tropical environmental conditions. As a core part of the production facility, the steel frame system required strict compliance with both Chinese and international industrial standards, as well as special design considerations for seismic resistance, corrosion protection, and long-term structural stability.

The project was executed using a comprehensive EPC-style model, covering detailed design, precision fabrication, modular transportation, and on-site installation supervision. Zm-Besta’s workshop production lines fabricated over thousands of steel components with strict quality control, while modular packaging and shipping ensured safe delivery to the remote Indonesian site. On-site, the team worked closely with local contractors to coordinate installation, overcoming logistical challenges and tight schedules to keep the project on track.
